Marion Deuchars

I have loved Marion Deuchar’s illustrations since I first discovered her work while researching online for illustration class last year. Her hand drawn individual approach really appeals to me. Her work makes very dull things such as annual reports and icons not only creative but interesting and appealing to read/look at. I love what her work represents and find it really inspirational. Marion has worked for so many clients from British Airways to Marks and Spencer’s. Modular Designs

More work for university, in this assignment we were given  shapes a right angel triangle, a equilateral triangle, a square, a circle and a sausage like shape. Anyway we had 2 use illustrator and in-design to make a twelve page booklet, using the shapes to make a sort of modular world, i.e. people, creatures, landscapes, buildings, plants etc, although my outcome was a little childish looking, I was pleased with some of my designs, i looked through a lot of copies of creative review which helped me develop my design ideas.
